After a week of home games last week, Altamont hit the road on Tuesday and came away with a 1-1 tie against Arthur-Lovington-Atwood-Hammond. The first half was a tight back and forth battle but ALAH was the first to break through with a goal coming with just 10 minutes remaining in the half and the Indians went into halftime trailing 1-0. Altamont was able to put pressure on the Knights and get several shots on goal before Mason Suey got a breakaway and was fouled in the box, giving the Indians a penalty shot opportunity. Aiden Rosales took the kick and converted to tie the game up at 1-1 just 13 minutes into the second half. Despite continuing to pressure ALAH, Altamont was unable to connect on any of their many shots on goal and the game finished in a 1-1. Altamont now stands at 10-5-3 on the season and after a schedule change for this week, will not be back in action again until Monday when they play at Charleston.
