The Altamont Indians got a pair of hat tricks from seniors Ashton Buchanan and Calvin Bannister to help come away with a 9-0 win over the St. Anthony Bulldogs on Tuesday afternoon. The Indians got on the board at the 13:57 mark in the first half when Buchanan found the back of the net for his first goal, giving Altamont a 1-0 lead. Just after the halftime break Buchanan added a pair of goals at the 36:48 and 32:08 marks of the second half, pushing the lead to 3-0. Bannister added a trio of goals at the 23:15, 19:31, and 19:17 marks of the second half, extending the lead to 6-0. Altamont added three late goals, two from senior Hayden Bridges and one from sophomore Chase Pals, to secure the 9-0 win. Eli Barnes had another clean sheet in goal with the shutout win. The Indians are now 9-2 on the season. Altamont will be on the road Thursday to take on Robinson.
