BSE baseball fell into an early hole after North Clay put up 8 runs in the first inning and the Bombers were unable to recover as they fell to the Cardinals 16-2. Trailing 9-1 in the bottom of the second inning, BSE scored their first run to cut it to a 9-1 game. North Clay tacked on 7 more runs though before the Bomber scored their second and final run of the game. With the loss, BSE drops to 6-7 overall on the season and to 1-6 in the NTC. The Bombers are back at home today as they host Cisne.
