The Brownstown/St. Elmo Bombers could not overcome a 4-run fourth inning on Friday, falling to the Windsor/Stew-Stras Hatchets 9-0. The Hatchets jumped out to a 2-0 first inning lead, before adding a run in the third, four in the fourth, and a run in the fifth and sixth. The Bombers were held to four hits as a team, but could not scratch across a run, falling to WSS 9-0. BSE is now 6-5 on the season and 1-5 in the NTC. The Bombers will be on the road on Saturday to take on Woodlawn.
