With the IHSA girls basketball season wrapping up today, the Illinois Basketball Coaches Association released the 2023-2024 All-State teams on Friday and four I70Sports.com athletes have been named to the various 1A All-State teams. Fresh off of leading her team to a Third Place finish at the 1A State Tournament, Altamont senior Grace Nelson has been named IBCA First Team. In her first year of high school basketball, Brownstown-St. Elmo freshman Dayana Haslett has been named IBCA Third Team. After combining with Haslett to help lead BSE to one of their more successful season, senior Lexi Seabaugh has been named IBCA Special Mention. CHBC Junior Macee Rodman led the Bobcats in season scoring, points per game and assists per game and has been named IBCA Special Mention.
