Brownstown-St. Elmo baseball put up 12 runs in the second inning and Gavin Schnarre and Dodge Willms teamed up to toss a no-hitter as the Bombers shut out the Cisne Runnin’ Lions 16-0 on Wednesday at Bob Page Field. After a scoreless first inning, BSE ran through their lineup and put 12 runs on the scoreboard. Cisne was still unable to touch the BSE pitching and remained scoreless in the top of the third inning before BSE pushed another four runs across the plate in the bottom half to extend their lead to 16-0 and close out the win. BSE is back at .500 on the season at 7-7. The Bombers will begin play in the EIC/MTC Tournament on Monday as the #1 seed hosting #4 seed Ramsey.
