Vandalia Jr. High baseball continues to roll through the season, picking up three more wins on the road this weekend for a five-game winning streak since their only loss of the season. On Friday, the Vandals shutout Hillsboro 12-0 before jumping right back into action on Saturday morning at Newton and beating Jasper County 6-1. The Vandals then went on the road once again on Monday and picked up another run rule win, beating Staunton 11-1. The Vandals are now 11-1 overall on the season and have outscored their opponents 181-26. They will have a few days off after a change in their schedule midweek. They will be back in action on Friday at Altamont taking on Altamont Lutheran who is 8-1 on the season heading into this week.
