The Vandalia Lady Vandals girls basketball program wrapped up its third annual summer basketball league on Monday. For the past 8 weeks, girls from grades 3rd-8th had the opportunity to participate in various basketball activities, and Lady Vandals coach Mark Rinehart says he is very pleased with the numbers throughout the summer.
And Rinehart also knows that it is important to the development of the girls’ program.
Coach Rinehart has held a summer league for girls’ basketball every summer since he took over as head coach in 2023.
