Final Vandals Summer Shootout Set for Tuesday and Wednesday

The second and final Vandal Summer Shootout is set for Tuesday and Wednesday in three Vandalia School District gyms. Joining the host Vandals in the shootout will be three other I70Sports area teams in St. Elmo-Brownstown, Altamont and South Central. Vandalia and Altamont will meet up in each team’s first game at 9:00am Tuesday in the VCHS gym while SEB will face Effingham at 9:00am at VJHS and South Central takes on Greenville at 9:00am at VES. Vandalia will also play at 11:30am against Effingham and SEB at 2:00pm both at VCHS while Altamont plays Hamilton County at 11:30am at VJHS and Effingham at 2:00pm at VES on Tuesday. SEB takes on Greenville at 11:30am at VES and Vandalia at 2:00pm at VCHS while South Central faces Anna Jonesboro at 12:20pm at VES and Auburn at 3:40pm at VCHS for their Tuesday schedule. All four teams will then be back in action for Day 2 on Wednesday with the tournament phase of the shootout starting at 1:00pm on Wednesday.
