BSE Drops Two To Start Day, Finishes With One Win on Final Day of SIBC Shootout

Brownstown-St. Elmo girls basketball dropped their first two games of Day 3 of the SIBC Shootout on Wednesday but picked up a win in their final game of the day to wrap up play in the shootout. The Lady Bombers suffered a 42-22 loss to Paris in their first game and then fell to Effingham 48-37 to host Effingham. After the 0-2 start to the day, BSE finished things off with a big 38-17 win over a familiar National Trail Conference opponent in North Clay. BSE wraps up the week going 6-3 in the shootout.
