Texas drew first blood in the championship round of the Women’s College World Series on Wednesday night, as they defeated Texas Tech, 7 to 3, in Game One. The two teams will play again tonight. Texas can win their 2nd straight championship with a win tonight, or Texas Tech could force a deciding Game 3. Game time tonight is set for 7 pm.
