Mulberry Grove senior and member of the Ramsey-Mulberry Grove co-op girls basketball team, Daisy Allen signed her letter of intent on Monday to continue her athletic and academic career at Lewis & Clark Community College. Allen is coming off of a senior season that saw her lead the Lady Rams in rebounds securing an average of 10.5 per game and was second on the team in scoring, averaging 8.8 points per game. Allen was named Second Team All-Conference for her senior season and Honorable Mention for her junior season for the Egyptian Illini Conference.
Lewis & Clark is looking to rebuild in the 2026-2027 school year as they look to rebound from a 4-27 season that saw three of their wins come in their last eight games. Lewis & Clark is a Region 24 school in the NJCAA playing familiar area opponents such as Kaskaskia College and Lake Land College.
