CHBC girls basketball picked up their fifth win of the season, beating Sandoval on the road on Tuesday night, 45-35. After the game was locked in an 11-11 tie to end the first quarter, the Lady Bobcats took a 22-17 lead at halftime. Both teams were held to single digit scoring in the third quarter with CHBC just outscoring the Blackhawks, 9-6, to edge their lead out to 31-23 by the end of the third. The Lady Bobcats once again outscored Sandoval in the fourth, 14-12, to close out the 45-35 win. CHBC moves to 5-18 on the season and they will next play on Thursday as they host Nokomis.
