Eleven Vandals Wrestlers Place Top 6, Three Finish in First Place at Jack Gardner JV Invitational

Vandalia JV Wrestling competed at the Jack Gardner Memorial JV Tournament on Saturday hosted by Springfield Southeast High School and had 11 top 6 finishers with three wrestlers grabbing first place in the tournament. Riley Hinton at 120lbs, Zayne Zinkgraf at 157lbs and Corbin Meyers at 165lbs all brought home first place while Jaren Rebbe at 144lbs and Braxton Dunn at 215lbs grabbed second place finishes. Dylan Blain at 138lbs and Nic Jackson at 144lbs placed third for the tournament while Robbie McCoy at 126lbs and Matthew McDowell at 138lbs both finished in fifth place and both Cooper Galloway at 106lbs and Richard McCoy at 113lbs brought home sixth place finishes. There was no team scoring done for this tournament.
