Vandalia boys return to action tonight at the Vandalia Holiday Tournament after a day off. The Vandals finished pool play at 2-1 and won the head to head tiebreaker over Greenville to be at the top of their pool and put themselves into tonight’s semifinal crossover game at 7:00pm. They have drawn a familiar opponent as they face Pana who finished #2 in the other pool after going 2-1 as well. The winner of the game will advance to the Championship game on Tuesday while the losing team will go to the Third Place game on Tuesday evening. The Vandals will try to make it back to the Championship game for the first time since back to back appearances in 2018 and 2019 when they finished second both years. Pool A top finisher Cumberland (3-0) and Pool B second place finisher Greenville (2-1) will play in the other semifinal crossover game tonight at 5:30pm with the winner going to the Championship game while the losing team will go to the Third Place game.
