Dieterich and BSE both picked up wins while Ramsey-Mulberry Grove took a pair of losses on the first day of pool play at the Dieterich Girls Holiday Tournament on Friday. Dieterich picked up two wins on its double day with a 55-32 win over Ramsey and a 66-38 win over Okaw Valley. After falling to #3 seed Dieterich, Ramsey ran into #2 seed Cumberland and suffered a 66-41 loss to start pool play at 0-2. BSE had just a single day on Friday and after a slow first few minutes of the game, the Lady Bombers ran away to a 50-16 win over Arcola. Dieterich and Ramsey will play their final pool play games today while BSE will have two games before all three teams wrap tournament play up on Monday in the place games.
