CHBC’s Cosart and Dieterich’s Crutcher Set for 1A State Cross Country Meet Today

CHBC senior August Cosart and Dieterich senior Trevor Crutcher are set to compete at the IHSA 1A State Cross Country today. The meet will again be held at Detweiller Park in Peoria with the boys set to hit the course for warm-ups after the completion of the girls race with the boys race then getting underway at 10:00a.m. Cosart will line up in Box 14, Position D and be looking to improve on his 79^th place finish in last year’s State Final while Crutcher will line up in Box 30, Position C and will be running in his first ever State Final race. The Class 1A Awards Ceremony will be held at 11:00am with the Top 25 placing runners receiving medallions.
