Altamont baseball junior Keegan Schultz: In the Indians last 5 games, Schultz went 9 of 16 at the plate, batting .563 with 8 runs scored and rounding up 12 RBI.
Altamont baseball senior Nate Stuemke: In the Indians last 7 games, Stuemke went 12 of 23 at the plate , batting .522, while scoring 7 runs and racking up 16 RBI.
South Central softball junior Kyra Swift: In the Lady Cougars four games this week, leadoff batter Swift was 8 of 14 at the plate for a .571 average with 5 runs scored and 7 RBI.
Altamont softball junior Grace Lemke: The Lady Indians pitcher surpassed 600 career strikeouts earlier this week after becoming the program’s career strikeout leader just two weeks ago. Lemke stands at 613 career strikeouts and is at 223 for the season as she is now just 64 strikeouts away from tying her single season best of 287 Ks that she racked up in 2023.
