(Champaign, IL) — Illinois is off to a solid start to the season after beating Wyoming 38-6 Saturday at Memorial Stadium in its opener. Chase Brown rushed for 151 yards and two touchdowns in the win. Illini Head Coach Bret Bielema says he was happy with the way the offense performed.
And, he was pleased with how the defense limited Wyoming’s offense.
The Fighting Illini visit Indiana Friday night.
