(Washington, DC) — President Trump is taking issue with Dr. Anthony Fauci’s comments about the NFL. The nation’s top infectious disease doctor said this week that the upcoming NFL season may not happen because of the ongoing coronavirus outbreak. Trump tweeted that Fauci “has nothing to do with NFL Football.” He insisted the NFL is planning a “very safe and controlled opening.” Trump also warned that he won’t be watching “if they don’t stand for our National Anthem and our Great American Flag.”
