>>NFL Schedule Released

(Undated)  —  The 2020 NFL schedule is now available.  The defending champion Kansas City Chiefs play host to the Houston Texans on Thursday, September 10th to open the regular season.  Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers open the season at New Orleans.  A pair of new stadiums will also debut this fall.  The Rams open SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles against Dallas in Week One, while the Raiders face the Saints in Week Two at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.

>>Some NBA Teams Opening Facilities Today

(Undated)  —  A handful of NBA teams are re-opening their practice facilities today.  The Cavaliers, Trail Blazers and Nuggets are among the teams who will allow players to work out at team facilities for the first time since play was suspended in March.  Teams are not permitted to hold organized practices, and coaches cannot be present.

>>Bucks Investigating Hacking Of Giannis Accounts

(Milwaukee, WI)  —  The Bucks are looking into the hacking of Giannis Antetokounmpo’s Twitter account.  His agent tells ESPN that Giannis is not responsible for several expletive-filled tweets that have since been deleted.  His phone, email and bank accounts were also hacked.

>>Bryce Harper Wants MLB Players In Olympics

(Las Vegas, NV)  —  One MLB star wants to see his fellow players in the Olympics.  Bryce Harper said on a Barstool Sports podcast that MLB players should participate in the Olympics and he doesn’t understand why the league’s best players don’t participate.  Only amateur and minor league players take part due to it taking place during the major league season.

>>NHL Discussing Multiple Playoff Options

(Undated)  —  It’s not clear when the NHL will return but the league is reportedly discussing various playoff formats.  According to TSN, the league discussed a 16, 20 and 24-team playoff format in its return-to-play committee call.  Teams that may have missed the playoffs could now potentially get in under an expanded format.
