According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Thomas was allegedly held at gunpoint by his wife Nina over rumors of infidelity last month in Austin, Texas. He was able to wrestle the gun away and was not seriously harmed. Thomas now has an emergency protective order against his wife, who has since bonded out of jail.
