(Champaign, IL) — Three Illinois football players are getting high marks from Mel Kiper Jr. The ESPN football analyst has ranked punter Blake Hayes, center Doug Kramer, and kicker James McCourt among the top 2021 NFL Draft prospects at their positions. Hayes is the number-one punter, McCourt is the number-two kicker, and Kramer is the number-five center according to the draft expert.
