The Vandals are looking to return to the Dual Team State Wrestling Tournament for the 11th straight year. And, if they do it, they’ll have to get thru a tough customer in Tolono Unity. In the latest ranking from both IllinoisMatMen and the IWCOA, the Vandals (33-1) are #3 in the Class 1A team rankings and Tolono Unity (37-6) is #4. The Vandals defeated Tolono Unity, 38 to 33, on January 4th at the Benton Quad in a match that came down to the final match. The Vandals, who have won 26 straight regional titles, are looking for their 22nd trip to the Dual Team State Tournament and their 11th in a row.
