With less than a month left until official practices start up for fall sports, the Vandalia Vandals football team traveled to Flora Monday morning to hold a joint practice with the Wolves. And despite losing a lot of talent that graduated from last season’s 11-1 team, Vandals coach Jason Clay is excited to see who is gonna step up for this season.
And with the IHSA making the change to moving the season up a week early, Clay highlighted some of the things he likes about those changes.
The Vandals can officially start practicing on August 5th, before playing their first game of the season on August 21st.
