Altamont Girls Get Pair of Wins on Day 2 at SIBC Shootout

Altamont girls basketball picked up a pair of wins in their second ay of play in the SIBC Shootout in Effingham on Tuesday. In their second game of the day, the Lady Indians beat Lutheran South 31-27 and then they wrapped up the day beating National Trail Conference foe Neoga, 33-17. Altamont faced another NTC opponent to open the day, taking on Dieterich but the score of that game was not available at press time. The Lady Indians will be off the rest of the week before competing in the North Clay Shootout on Monday and Tuesday, June 22-23.
