BSE Can't Overcome 5-Run Fourth Inning in Loss to WSS


The Brownstown/St. Elmo Bombers couldn’t overcome 8 errors, and a 5-run fourth inning, falling to the Windsor/Stew-Stras Hatchets 10-0 on Monday. WSS scored two runs in the third inning, before breaking the game open with a 5-run fifth inning to take a 7-0 lead. The Hatchers added a run in the fifth and two in the seventh. BSE was unable to crack the scoreboard, falling to the Hatchets 10-0. The Bombers fall to 6-9 on the season. BSE will be off until next Tuesday, going on the road to take on Webber.
