Vandalia softball couldn’t solve the pitching from Greenville’s Peyton White as the Lady Vandals suffered an 11-0 loss by no-hitter on Tuesday in the South Central Conference matchup between the two teams. Vandalia had two baserunners in the game by way of a walk drawn by Addy Cearlock in the top of the third inning and Bella Walk being hit by a pitch to lead off the top of the fourth inning. Both were stranded at first to end their respective half innings. The Lady Vandals drop to 2-10 on the season and are 0-2 in SCC play. Vandalia will be back at home on Thursday when they take on Shelbyville.
