Altamont Falls to Effingham

The Altamont Indians struggled to get the bats going on Friday afternoon, falling to the Effingham Hearts 5-0. Effingham scored one run in the second, before breaking the game open with a 3-run third to take a 4-0 lead, and would add an insurance run in the fifth inning. Altamont was held to just 3 baserunners in the game, with Kade Milleville, Zaine Miller, and Brayden Elam all reaching on walks. The loss drops the Indians to 1-3 on the season. Altamont will be back at home on Monday to take on South Central at 6:30 PM.
