Brownstown-St. Elmo juniors Dayana Haslett and Madi Miller have racked up another honor following the Lady Bombers history making season. During the IHSA 1A Girls State Basketball Tournament, the Illinois Basketball Coaches Association released their annual All-State Teams for the 2025-2026 season. Ten girls are named to each of the First Team and Second Teams and 15 girls are named to the Third Team for this year. Haslett has been named Second Team All-State for this year while Miller has been named Third Team All-State. Haslett finished the season with 703 points, an average of 20.7 points per game, along with 5.1 steals per game, 4.1 rebounds per game and 1.9 assists per game. For Miller, she finished with 430 points, an average of 13.0 points per game, as well as 7.8 rebounds per game, 1.7 steals per game and 1.1 blocks per game. The pair were a part of a Lady Bombers team who finished the season at 30-4, the first BSE girls team to ever reach the 30-win mark for a season as well as going 9-0 in regular season National Trail Conference play to win the regular season title and took 2nd in the NTC Tournament. They also three-peated as Dieterich Holiday Tournament Champions this season.
