The Egyptian Illini Conference released its Boys Basketball All-Conference Team for the 2025-2026 season on Friday. St. Elmo-Brownstown’s Graidon Wilhour has been named this year’s conference MVP and leads four Eagles named to this year’s team. Mulberry Grove and CHBC each have two players named to the team and CHBC has one. The Eagles won the conference at 5-0 while CHBC finished third at 3-2, Mulberry Grove finished fourth at 2-3 and Ramey went 0-5 in conference play this season.
