Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City Lady Bobcats softball infielder Ryleigh Sarver signed her letter of intent on Friday, continuing her athletic and academic career at Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois. When asked what made her choose Knox College, Sarver said the whole program made her feel welcome.
As for her senior softball season, Sarver is optimistic that the increase in numbers will lead to an improved season.
Sarver will be joining a Knox College team that went 2-35 last season. Sarver will look to improve on a junior season that saw her hit .250 with 1 homer, 2 RBI, and 10 runs scored.
