Brownstown-St. Elmo picked up another dominant win, using a 35-14 mid-game run to put the game out of reach and pick up a 64-27 win at Mt. Olive on Thursday night. The Lady Bombers used their perimeter game to get out to a quick lead, hitting five three-pointers in the first quarter, two from Madi Miller and one each from Addie Sasse, Danika Ramsey and Dayana Haslett and added four more points from the free throw line to take a 19-11 lead at the end of the first quarter. Holding the Wildcats to just four points in the second quarter, BSE tacked on 16 points to their total for a 35-15 halftime lead. A 19-10 third quarter run with 10 points from Haslett and five from Ramsey put the game out of reach as the Lady Bombers went up 54-25 by the end of the third quarter.
