Brownstown-St. Elmo picked up another dominating win on Monday, allowing just 15 points to Martinsville in a 50-15 win at home in their first Egyptian Illini Conference game of the season. The Lady Bombers got off to a strong start with a 16-4 first quarter and then bust the game wide open in the second quarter outscoring the Blue Streaks 22-2 for a 38-6 halftime lead. Scoring would slow way down in the second half, but BSE still outscored Martinsville 12-9 in the half as they cruised to the large 50-15 win. The Lady Bombers are 9-1 on the season and 1-0 in the EIC. They will jump back to National Trail Conference action on Thursday as they hit the road to face Windsor/Stew-Stras.
