The CHBC Bobcats shut out the Ramsey-Mulberry Grove Rams, 10-0, in first round play of the Midland Trail Conference vs. Egyptian Illini Conference Tournament on Monday in Beecher City. CHBC jumped out quick with a 6-run first inning and rode that lead to the win after adding on a run in both the second and third innings and two more in the fourth while holding the Rams to just two hits and no runs across five innings. CHBC will now move on to face the EIC top seed Brownstown-St. Elmo today at 4:15pm at Brownstown.
