Dieterich held CHBC to just two hits while blasting 12 of their own as the Maroons shut out the Bobcats 10-0 in National Trail Conference action on Friday. Dieterich got things started early with a four-run fist inning before tacking on a run in the third, two more in the fourth and then putting three runs across the plate in the top of the fifth inning to cap off the game’s scoring. With the win, Dieterich moves to 7-6 on the season and to 5-2 in conference play. With the loss, CHBC stands at 1-8 on the season and 0-7 in the NTC.
