Mulberry Grove volleyball evened up their Egyptian Illini Conference record with a three set win over Patoka 25-18, 23-25, 25-20 at home on Tuesday night. Lady Aces Coach Denyse Blankenship says of the win, “the girls really played as a team out on the court. Our defensive passes were well placed allowing them to set the ball up for some great hits.” The Lady Aces move to 2-3 on the season and to 1-1 in the EIC. They will be in action at home again on Thursday when they take on First Baptist Academy.
