Altamont Cross Country Opens Season at Clinton Light It Up Invitational

Altamont boys and girls cross country opened up their season on Saturday night at the Clinton Light It Up Invitational. In the boys race, the Indians finished 28^th as a team with freshman Kelton Dunaway as the top finisher for Altamont, coming in 76^th with a time of 17:41.67. In the girls race, Altamont did not compete as a team with junior Krista Hall as the top finisher for Altamont with a time of 23:39.48 and teammate Katie Tedrick not far behind her with a time of 23:54.66. The Indian and Lady Indians will have their first home meet of the season this Thursday at Ballard Nature Center.
