
The Greenville Lady Comets kept their win streak alive and moved it to 8 games in a row beating Metro East Lutheran 59-18 on Tuesday night.
The Lady Comets gave up just 2 points in the first quarter, taking an 18-2 lead with 6 of those points coming from senior Rylee Pickett. Greenville again oustscored MEL in the second quarter, 17-8 with another 6 points from Pickett and 5 from Danielle Brand to increase their lead to 35-10 at the half. Megan Halleman and Abby Sussenbach each put up 5 points in the second half as the Comets cruised to the 59-18 win.
