
The Mulberry Grove Lady Aces volleyball team opened up their 2019 season at home on Tuesday evening, suffering a tough loss to Cowden-Herrick-Beecher City, 16-25, 21-25. In a match where Mulberry Grove had trouble getting momentum, but never saw themselves really out of either set, Coach Heidi Tarasuik saws it showed that her team has a lot of heart and fight in them.
Mulberry Grove is now 0-1 on the season and will be back in action at home on Thursday when they take on Morrisonville.
In the JV match, CHBC defeated Mulberry Grove 21-25, 17-25
