BSE Girls Suffer First Loss of Season, Fall to Mattoon 57-39

The Brownstown-St. Elmo girls suffered their first loss of the season, falling to Mattoon (3A size school) 57-39 in their final game of pool play on Saturday at the Pana Girls Thanksgiving Tournament. Claire Wilhour led BSE with 19 points while Natalie Oberlink finished with 8 points and Olivia Campbell had 7 points.

BSE (3-1 on season overall) finishes pool play at 2-1.

BSE will play at Windsor/Stew-Stras on Monday and will then return to tournament play on Friday at Pana.
