(Chicago, IL) — Mike Ditka’s Restaurant in Chicago is closed for good due to the economic impact of COVID-19. The restaurant named after the legendary Bears coach made the announcement yesterday on Facebook, also citing the short term left on their lease as a reason for the closure. The location had been open since 1997. The Ditka’s locations in Oakbrook Terrace and Pittsburgh will continue to operate, as will the company’s Grill 89 in Westmont.
