Altamont girls track and field finished in seventh place out of 12 teams at the Pana Invite on Saturday. With 6 girls competing in just 11 entries for the meet, the Lady Indians finished in the Top 12 for all of them with five Top 5 finishes. The 4×200 relay team of Katie Tedrick, Keely Fleeharty, Quincy Niermann and Baileigh Starnes took first place and the same foursome nabbed second place in the 4×100 relay. Fleeharty finished third in the high jump and Starnes took fourth in the 100m Dash and fifth in the 200m Dash. The Lady Indians will be back in action on Tuesday at Teutopolis against the host Wooden Shoes, Tuscola, North Clay, CHBC and Dieterich.
