Vandalia held Greenville to just one run in the second inning on a leadoff solo home run to make it 7-1 but was unable to score in the bottom half of the inning. Greenville went on to score five runs in both the third and fourth innings while Vandalia was held hitless and suffered the 17-1 loss. The Lady Vandals drop to 0-7 on the season and will be at home again today as they host St. Elmo-Brownstown.
