Ramsey-Mulberry Grove Baseball Shut Out by Central A&M

Ramsey-Mulberry Grove baseball was held to just one hit in a 12-0 loss to Central A&M in Assumption on Thursday evening. Braxton Moreland picked up the Rams lone hit of the game with a single in the second inning that followed up a walk Carson Caylor and put the Rams with two runners on base with no outs. The Raiders were able to get out of the inning unscathed though as the Rams were able to advance both runners into scoring position but they were stranded on base after a strikeout and a pair of groundouts ended the threat. The loss drops the Rams to 0-2 on the young season and will be back at home today as they will host Vandalia.
