Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City Cross Country senior August Cosart is continuing his athletic and academic career, signing his letter of intent to join Lake Land College. When asked why he chose Lake Land, Cosart said that the distance and having some of his current teammates committed played a big factor.
When talking about knowing some of the individuals also committed to Lake Land, Cosart said he feels it will help him get adjusted to the next level.
During his cross-country career at CHBC, Cosart was a two-time NTC individual champion and a two-time 1A state qualifier.
