Vandalia boys basketball will try to extend their season for at least another game tonight and will have to get through a tough opponent in order to do so. The 18-14 Vandals are set to take on the 20-10 St. Anthony Bulldogs in the first semifinal game of their own Vandalia 2A Regional tonight at 6:00pm. The Vandals are coming off of a 52-47 win over Flora in their quarterfinal matchup on Monday while the Bulldogs got a quarterfinal BYE and will be playing in their first postseason game. The two teams have not met up this season but do have several common opponents. The winner of tonight’s game will take on the winner of the second semifinal game between Fairfield and Olney in the Championship game on Friday night at 7:00pm.
