Altamont Grad Stuemke Off to A Good Start for Lakers Baseball

Altamont grad Nathan Stuemke is off to a good start to the 2026 season for the Lake Land College Lakers baseball team. LLC is 4-4 over its first eight games and Stuemke has played in four of those games. Offensively, Stuemke is batting .333 going 2-6 with a double and a run scored and defensively behind the plate, he is sporting a 1.000 fielding percentage with 16 putouts in 16 chances and one passed ball. The Lakers head down south today as they play one game against Northwest Mississippi Community College today and then play a doubleheader against them tomorrow.
