Altamont and St. Anthony will renew their National Trail Conference Tournament rivalry tonight as the two teams face off in the Championship game while three more matchups will get the place games started earlier in the day. The Indians and Bulldogs will meet in the title game for the sixth time in the last ten years and for the first time since the 2023 tournament. Altamont defeated St. Anthony in both 2022 and 2023, but prior to that the Bulldogs beat the Indians in 2017, 2019 and 2020. St. Anthony has also won the last two NTC Championships, beating Dieterich in 2024 and toppling North Clay last year. The Championship game is set to tip-off at 7:30pm.
In other place game matchups for the day, Neoga and South Central will start things off in the Seventh Place game at 11:30am followed by North Clay and Windsor/Stew-Stras in the Fifth Place Game at 1:00pm. The early session will wrap up at 2:30pm with Cumberland and Dieterich facing off in the Third Place game.
