With expected weather forecasted for this weekend, there have been changes made to the schedule for the Vandalia Mid-Winter Tournament. Vandalia Athletic Director Jason Clay says with the forecast, they have decided to move the Championship and Third Place games up to Friday night. The new schedule for the remainder of the tournament is as follows:
Thursday, January 22
6:00pm – Game 7: #8 Mattoon vs. #5 Mascoutah
7:30pm – Game 8: #6 VANDALIA vs. #7 Greenville
Friday, January 23
6:00pm – 3rd Place Game: #4 Hillsboro vs. #2 Wesclin
7:30pm – Championship Game: #1 Effingham vs. #3 Salem
Saturday, January 24
10:00am – 7th Place Game: Loser of Game 7 vs. Loser of Game 8
11:30am – 5th Place Game: Winner of Game 7 vs. Winner of Game 8
